9th November 16 Tifantini – Monte Tifata “Your directions are spot on as always Liz and it really was an invigorating hike . We saw not a soul and the 360 views are just breathtaking. Thank you Liz. Anna, Italy

29th Oct 16 Woodcutters Hut – “What a beautiful walk. Stunning views over Campania; today we could see Vesuvius and Ischia. Very easy to follow directions that take you to exactly the right spot. A gentle and safe walk that my 8 year old and 5 year old can easily manage – with no moaning! Flowers, mushrooms, butterflies, hawks and evidence of wild boar were amongst the things we saw today. Thank you for the recommendation”. Hannah, UK

24th May 16 Baia Domitia “Beautiful stop on the way to Gaeta. Pine trees provide a wonderful reprieve from the sun on a hot day. There is some rubbish at the beginning (as Liz says) & I recommend closed toe shoes, we had flip flops in our bag for the kids and they were happy to change into them to walk along the water! Lots of great shells and sea glass”. Lisa, Italy

17th April 20 Tifantini – Monte Tifata “Liz – fantastic walk and great directions. Took the steep temple route up and ‘gentle’ descent. Good boots required and take plenty of water. Views to die for”. Mona, Italy

20th March 16 Monte Maggiore (guided group walk):

“Liz you are amazing!….What a fantastic day we have all had…this walk was in an absolutely perfect stunning, beautiful setting and what an intuitive, inspiring and motivational guide you are! We loved every minute of today….including no less than a little bit of rock climbing and cave exploration (my children are like mountain goats sorry!), ringing bells, drawing up water from a well, a curious little window and of course a surprise skeleton in a crypt🤗. We can’t wait for the details of your next guided hike (please be soon!) Thank you, thank you! X Kim, Italy

I can see why you walk so much in this area, it’s absolutely the best thing for body and mind!! i was walking on a cloud all day! March 14th 2016 “Gosh… what a day. Not my first of Liz’s suggested walks, but I’m fairly certain my most favourite (so far… I have so many more to try.) My dogs and I set off for Monte Maggiore with a stout stick, water and sandwich (and dog biscuits) in my knapsack and bravely only Liz’s printed instructions for a guide. All three of us made it back to the car at the end of the day, a bit pooped, in one piece, with huge grins and feelings of sound accomplishment and a certain ‘wow’ factor at the views. A gentle and charming route from the Hermitage down to the car at Croce, just keep heading down. Fabulous day – thank you Liz, I am in your debt. Your new website gives us amazing places to walk, no effort to find them and instructions how to get around without a map – sorted! Drusilla, Italy
